Job Opportunity: Post Silicon Validation Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Post Silicon Validation Engineer to join our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good knowledge of X86 architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Power/perf features.
  • Excellent knowledge of CPU, GPU, and system architectures and their implications on overall system power and performance.
  • Brief scripting skills in Python or C programming.
  • Good knowledge of running benchmark tools to measure the performance.
  • Brief knowledge of post silicon validation lifecycle with a focus on power & performance data collection and analysis.
  • Should have good understanding of low power SOC, Power Management features, C States, P States, Sleep , Idle, Device power states.
  • Should be proficient in platform bring up and connecting configuring DAQs for power measurement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaboratively work with various cross functional teams involving post silicon validation lifecycle with a focus on power & performance.
  • Should have experience in using NI Daq and power monitors for precise power measurements and analyze the data, Thermal equipment (Chillers)
  • Good Windows & Linux operating system fundamentals from power perspective.
  • Experience with hardware lab tools, digital oscilloscopes, and other common lab equipment.
  • Should have excellent debugging capabilities and good technical knowledge to investigate failures on PnP perspective.
