Program Advisor

About the Role:

As a Program Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students and providing guidance on how our educational programs can help them achieve their career goals. You will be working closely with a team of professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategic plans to drive growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales or business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be comfortable with using technology to manage pipelines and track progress, and will be able to analyze data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential students to understand their needs and provide guidance on how our programs can meet those needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty members, administrators, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and drive growth and success.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in education or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
