Job Title: Water Resources Engineering Specialist

The Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and review of dam projects. Your expertise in water resources engineering will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve design plans for dam projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote our services and build trust.
  • Provide expert advice on water resources engineering to internal teams and external clients.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with dam projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in water resources engineering.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dam design and construction, with a focus on water resources engineering.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
