Job Title: Training Manager

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Professional to lead our training initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs that drive business results.

Key responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, identifying skill gaps, and developing customized training solutions.

Additional duties will involve collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging content, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

As a seasoned professional in this field, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development
  • Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate or Full-time MBA
  • NISM VA Certification (can be obtained before joining)
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills, Strong stakeholder management & collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
