Lead Auditor

A Senior Auditor leads a team of specialists responsible for preparing and submitting reports, including statutory financial statements, direct and indirect taxes, and other regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and lead dispersed teams for audit and taxation.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members, fostering an environment conducive to achieving individual and collective goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all tax returns, reporting, filing, declarations, and mandated reports.
- Oversee the precise preparation of financial statements in alignment with Local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Calculate current, advance, and deferred tax in alignment with accounting policies based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing regulations through the maintenance of local transfer pricing files.
- Cultivate a Continuous Improvement mindset to identify the most efficient ways of working.
- Proven experience in auditing and taxation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Familiarity with transfer pricing regulations
