Job Summary:

This is a challenging role that involves providing level 2 and 3 support for Service Management in a high-pressure banking environment.

  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements through effective risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Operate under ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge) to deliver exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot complex incidents, manage approved changes, and participate in DR/BCP drills to maintain business continuity.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes to prevent future occurrences.
  • Optimize system performance and reliability by tuning configurations and scheduling jobs.
  • Coordinate vendor TAC cases, firmware/patch planning, and validate post-change health to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain strong documentation, runbook hygiene, and clear communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Demonstrate ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.

  • Overall Experience: 3+ years (L2), 8+ years (L3)
  • Key Skills: Service Management, Incident/Change/Problem Management, ServiceNow/BMC
