About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in Java and Python to collaborate with cross-functional teams and design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java and Python.
- Work with Gen AI tools and frameworks to build innovative, AI-driven solutions.
- Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and project managers to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Apply TDD, CI/CD, and DevOps practices to ensure high-quality code delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
- Exposure to Generative AI frameworks (LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/XP).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
