Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide technical support to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems related to server or network alerts, events, or issues.

Key tasks include taking ownership of customer issues, researching and identifying solutions, following standard procedures for escalation, providing prompt and accurate feedback, and documenting knowledge in the form of tech notes and articles.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is also essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Windows & Linux OS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects
