Artificial Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artificial Intelligence developer to drive innovation and efficiency across our organization.

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience with design and development of AI solutions using Python, with proficiency in frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI.
  • Design and implement intelligent agents and agent-based systems that can interact dynamically with their environment.
  • Utilize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including GraphRAG, to enhance model performance and improve decision-making capabilities.
  • Engineer memory-aware systems for optimal AI interactions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate on solutioning initiatives in Data and AI, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.
  • Work closely with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, or Autogen, with hands-on experience in at least one of these areas.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of Agent Architectures and Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP), ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Demonstrate strong programming skills in Python and expertise in one or more of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, Autogen.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Agent Architectures, RAG, and GraphRAG, as well as familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and technologies.
  • Identify and address technical challenges to ensure smooth operation of AI systems.

  • Proficiency in Python and one or more AI frameworks.
