Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ai Automation Specialist to join our team. As an automation engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our GTM (Go-To-Market) automation stack.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate sales and marketing workflows, ensuring seamless integration of AI-powered tools into our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation pipelines using Python and tools like n8n/Zapier.
  • Integrate AI APIs into GTM workflows for personalization and lead scoring.
  • Clean and model data to support ICP design, segmentation, and growth analytics.
  • Rapidly experiment with growth hacks by prototyping, measuring, and iterating.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1–3 years experience in automation engineering, growth operations, or data engineering.
  • Strong skills in Python, APIs, and data wrangling (SQL/Pandas).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) and integrations (HubSpot, Apollo, Slack, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) is a plus.
  • A startup mindset: scrappy, fast, and outcome-oriented.
