Global Integration Delivery Lead

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in project management and system integration. We're looking for someone who can drive strategic delivery across our global IT ecosystem.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join us as we transition to a unified Global Integration platform, integrating various systems, applications & partners across the enterprise to support our global integration strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Management & Onboarding Process: Establish and manage the demand management & onboarding process for initiatives/projects requiring digital backbone integration.
  • Project Leadership: End-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and architectural standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Manage expectations, communicate progress, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Methodology & Process: Implement agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Mentor and coach team members, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
  • Technical Acumen: Possess a good understanding of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, Events, message queues) to guide technical teams and make informed decisions.
Preferred Candidate Profile

15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management role within the Integration domain. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing integration-related projects is highly preferred.
