Accounts Receivable Collector Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Collector to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounts receivable and be responsible for ensuring timely payment collections from clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payments from clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues and improve collection processes.
  • Prepare reports on aging accounts and collection status for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
