We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Transaction Monitoring Process, a critical component of our Anti-Money Laundering compliance framework. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining comprehensive transaction monitoring systems to identify and mitigate potential money laundering risks.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sophisticated transaction monitoring systems to detect suspicious transactions and prevent illicit activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of monitoring processes with business operations.
- Analyze complex transactional data to identify patterns and anomalies indicative of illicit activities.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices to refine our AML strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Transaction Monitoring or AML related roles.
- Skills: Hands-on expertise in Transaction Monitoring & AML process knowledge.
- Preferred Qualifications: AML skills.
