About Us

  • We are seeking a seasoned Python Specialist with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team.

Day-to-Day:

  • Evaluate AI Model Performance: Conduct thorough evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
  • Coding Excellence: Design, develop, and maintain efficient code, ensuring high-quality software development standards.
  • Languages and Frameworks: Develop familiarity with Python frameworks and libraries required for the role.
  • Explain Complex Concepts: Create comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, showcasing excellent reasoning and technical expertise.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Lead efforts in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), including creating and maintaining high-quality task-specific datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to product enhancements.
  • Innovation and Learning: Continuously explore and integrate new tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance AI training processes.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Python: 3+ years of strong experience with Python Programming Language Concepts, including ownership, borrowing, and lifetimes.
  • Code Quality and Testing: Industry experience and knowledge of code quality, formatting, and best practices of software development, as well as experience with Python's Testing Ecosystem.
  • Concurrency and Asynchronous Programming: Knowledge of multi-threading and asynchronous programming in Python.
  • Strong Debugging Skills: Ability to work with architectural patterns and refactor code without introducing regressions, and strong debugging skills, including fixing memory and concurrency issues.
  • Excellent Communication: Fluent in conversational and written English communication skills.
