Artificial Intelligence Model Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Artificial Intelligence Model Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our GenAI-powered products and work closely with our product and engineering teams to develop domain-specific vertical LLMs, curate datasets, optimize performance, and deploy production-ready models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deploy LLM-based Solutions: Design, configure, and deploy LLM-based solutions including open-source models and APIs.
  • Develop and Fine-tune Small Language Models: Develop and fine-tune Small Language Models for specific enterprise verticals such as finance, legal, and fraud detection.
  • Build Agents and Agentic Flows: Build agents and agentic flows that integrate with other systems.
  • Write Efficient Python Code: Write efficient Python code for training pipelines, model orchestration, inference services, and dataset management.
  • Conduct Experimentation and Benchmarking: Conduct experimentation and benchmarking across models to measure accuracy, latency, and cost-performance trade-offs.
  • Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation Techniques: Apply retrieval-augmented generation techniques, embedding models, and vector database integrations.
  • Ensure Security and Scalability: Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of deployed LLM solutions.
