Job Description
As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of infrastructure services to drive business agility. Your expertise in cloud-native architecture, DevOps principles, and modernization initiatives will enable teams to innovate and adapt quickly. With your technical knowledge of legacy and emerging infrastructure platforms, you will design, implement, and perform tasks that align with our global IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor infrastructure leads, engineers, and service owners across global teams.
  • Drive alignment with global IT strategy focused on automation, scalability, and cloud native architecture.
  • Represent infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums.
  • Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms.
  • Own and improve SLAs and KPIs regarding design, deployment, transition to manage, decommission, incident response, problem management, and change control processes.
  • Champion operational (SRE) enablement, compliance (including SOX/PCI), and security best practices.
  • Lead the transformation from legacy systems to modern infrastructure.
  • Support DevOps toolchain integration and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption by developing and maintaining IaC templates and scripts using tools such as Terraform, Ansible AWX, AWS CloudFormation.
