Interior Architect

Job Brief: As a key member of our team at Truww, you will be responsible for designing mid to high segment residential projects. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing predesign services, including demonstrations of finishes and design options. You will also be responsible for creating quotations for customers using our software and ensuring that multiple projects meet clients' expectations in terms of budget and design aesthetics. Additionally, you will adhere to company policies that ensure a smooth customer experience. Your role is directly linked to revenue collection, and you will be expected to oversee the junior designers and ensure that projected collections are achieved on time.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Design mid to high segment residential projects
  
• Provide predesign services, including demonstration of finishes and design options
  
• Prepare and share 3D designs and renders with clients
  
• Work on multiple projects, ensuring that customers' expectations are met in terms of budget and design aesthetics
  
• Adhere to company policies that ensure a smooth customer experience
  
• Oversee junior designers and ensure that projected collections are achieved on time
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in residential designing
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the modular industry
  
• Expertise in Sketchup, Vray, and Enscape
  
• Clear understanding of capturing clients' expectations from the space
  
• Excellent knowledge of materials and finishes
  
• Excellent knowledge of ergonomics and design principles
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
