Responsibilities
As a Residential Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing mid to high segment residential projects. Your tasks will include providing predesign services, demonstrating finishes and design options, and preparing 3D designs and renders for clients. You will work alongside our 3D Modeler to ensure customer expectations are met in terms of budget and design aesthetics. You must be able to capture client expectations and provide excellent client handling experience. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be an inspirational entity for fellow designers.
