Delivering Innovative Solutions in Workday Configuration and Implementation

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering high-quality solutions, excellent English verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop complex Workday configurations for clients, managing data transformation and performing EIB Data loads.
  • Plan and prioritize work to achieve project objectives, collaborating with leads to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support to ensure seamless system implementation.
  • Lead and coordinate data conversion activities for Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll modules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of Workday configuration build, including Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll functional areas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize time effectively, and work in a global and remote team environment.
  • Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday & overall 12 years' experience is minimum. B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BSc degree in relevant field.
