About Our Job:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of residential and commercial projects. With a strong track record of delivering results, this individual will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, developing and implementing project plans and schedules, tracking project progress, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Track and analyze project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
  • Source and procure materials and resources, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform project decisions and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Utilize project management tools and software to streamline processes and enhance productivity

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in residential and commercial projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, including MS Project and Primavera P6
