Job Title: Design Director

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced design leader to head our design team.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs on time and meeting expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Coordination: Lead the design coordination process, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Value Engineering: Apply value engineering principles to optimize design and its details from cost and safety parameters.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with architects, services consultants, liaison, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams, including PM, Contracts, Engineers, EHS, and tracking design deliverables.
  • Planning: Prepare and maintain documentation, track progress, and apply Microsoft Project tool for scheduling and tracking.
  • Procurement: Review tender documents, prepare query lists, issue RFPs, and prepare commercial comparative reports.
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience in Construction Project Management for Real Estate sites.
  • Experience in real estate construction sites (high-end residential, hotel & commercial).
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD drawings.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
