  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or scaling a business.
  • Deep appreciation for Indian philosophy and modern leadership, able to synthesize both.
  • Strong professional network among corporates, startup communities, and the wellness sector.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Located in or able to relocate to Bengaluru; open to frequent travel to Kerala and major Indian metros.
