BIM Modeller MEP Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Modeller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in modelling MEP services in architectural and interior fit-out projects.

The role involves developing detailed models from drawings, sketches, and calculations for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services. The successful candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge in using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to create accurate floor plans, sections, details, schedules, and quantity take-offs.

The successful candidate will work closely with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements. They will also be responsible for setting up linked models and coordinating models across disciplines.

  • Develop detailed Revit models and construction documentation for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand design intent and project requirements
  • Proficiency in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support to the project team
  • Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines
  • Maintain and organize Revit project files, libraries, and standards

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:

  • Diploma in MEP Engineering Design
  • Fresher to 8 years of experience as a Revit Modeller
  • Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building materials
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP drawings
  • Strong attention to accuracy and details
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
