Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating construction drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software, and proficiency in 3D modeling using Revit Software.

The selected individual will be responsible for setting up projects, creating parametric families, providing materials, and managing the Revit server from a production perspective. Additionally, they will complete attachment and detail markups for company products, translate less specific design direction into functional documents, and create accurate construction documents and drawings from BIM models.

The role requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards. Experience working collaboratively in a team environment is essential, with the ability to work independently when necessary.

  • BIM Modelling: Create 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Implement BIM best practices: including LOD (Level of Development) standards.
  • Clash detection and resolution: identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Collaboration: work with project team members to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
