Job Title: Senior Research Associate

This is a key role within our team, requiring expertise in scientific research methods and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine scientific research tasks using standard techniques, procedures, and equipment under the general supervision of the lab team leader.
  • Adapt and optimize or develop new methods and procedures, actively contributing to the technical solution-finding process.
  • Propose solutions and discuss with manager, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making.
  • Show engineering and tech transfer proficiency, demonstrating ability to translate technical knowledge into practical applications.
  • Assist and support R&D teams and cross-functional teams in scale-up of new products technology, driving innovation and progress.
  • Troubleshoot or improve existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Summarize and document results in lab journals and prepare technical reports, providing clear and concise communication of findings.
  • Maintain a clean working laboratory environment and suitable working equipment, upholding high standards of safety, health, and environmental compliance.
  • Perform general lab assignments as assigned, including raw material inventory review and lab instrument maintenance.
