We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head our PLM IT Services unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Practice Leadership:
  • Define the long-term vision for the PLM practice aligned with business objectives.
  • Build, manage, and scale practice capabilities, people, solutions, tools, and processes.
  • Establish technical and delivery excellence within the practice.
  • Enhance the PLM practice by developing offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal dependency on top management.

Business Growth & Customer Success

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations.
  • Drive account expansion opportunities within key client accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives at strategic customers.
  • Understand financial metrics and drive profitability and growth targets.

Delivery Oversight

  • Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all projects within the practice.
  • Implement robust governance frameworks, conduct regular reviews, and manage escalations.
  • Define and monitor delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage services project delivery with a strong customer satisfaction focus.

Capability Building

  • IDentify future skill requirements and proactively develop internal competencies through training, mentoring, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with HR to attract, retain, and develop top PLM talent.
  • Bld a scalable organization supported by strong internal processes and IT systems.
  • Manage the talent pipeline effectively, including skills alignment, attrition control, and resource utilization.

Solution Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Drive the creation of reusable Intellectual Property (IP), frameworks, accelerators, and proprietary solutions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.
  • Stay ahead of emerging market trends, tools, technologies, and competitor strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in IT services with 5+ years in Project/Practice Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling practices or Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Optional: Strong background in one or more PLM platforms (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras Innovator, Windchill, Teamcenter).
  • Deep delivery and people management experience across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and demonstrated executive presence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Engineering or Technology graduate; MBA preferred.
