Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize sales operations to drive business growth
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier sales performance and cost efficiency

What You'll Need:

We're looking for a leader with:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in fintech)
  • A proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams
  • Strong leadership with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make quick decisions
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
  • A positive, proactive mindset with out-of-the-box thinking
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills. Be able to analyze data, draw conclusions
  • Ability to create sales strategy based on incoming data and adapt sales strategy in a timely manner
  • Excel knowledge
  • Ability to provide results in the form of clear, understandable reports based on data rather than words
