Job Description

The Senior Security Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of security controls, procedures, and protocols across the organization. This includes:

  • Implementing and managing security programs aligned with global standards
  • Evaluating and improving internal security practices
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations
  • Communicating technical security concepts to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner

Responsibilities

Security Program Implementation: Lead the development and execution of security controls, procedures, and protocols across the organization.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations.

Internal Auditing & Follow-Up: Conduct internal reviews of security practices, identify gaps or vulnerabilities, and ensure timely remediation.

Policy & Procedure Management: Review, update, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to maintain a robust security posture.

Client Engagement: Meet with prospective and current clients to explain our security protocols, address concerns, and support compliance-related inquiries.

Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate threats.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and comprehensive records of security activities, compliance status, and improvement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements to the organization's security framework and practices.
