Responsibilities
  • Develop theoretical questions (MCQs, short answers, scenario-based)
  • Design coding problems with clear instructions, sample input/output, and test cases
  • Categorize questions into difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard)
  • Ensure originality and high quality of questions
  • Collaborate with the team to align with assessment requirements
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling
  • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and practical use cases is beneficial
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and plagiarism-free content
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or preparing coding challenges is advantageous
