Job Title: Enterprise Java Developer

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to develop robust and scalable backend systems using Java. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Java, Springboot, RESTful APIs, Microservice design, and how to design service to service interactions.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and documenting new software components.\
  • They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and contribute to release planning.\
  • Ensure high testability and quality of delivered software.\
  • Work with QA and Operations teams to troubleshoot and fix defects in software.\
  • Participate in building Scrum process and agile culture within the organization.\
  • Maintain and improve existing software systems to meet changing business needs.\\
  • Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.\
  • Implement automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins.\
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of software systems.\
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and design patterns for software development.\
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.\
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve software quality.\
  • Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.\\
  • Continuously learn and improve technical skills through online courses, books, and workshops.\
  • Take ownership of software projects and deliver high-quality results within given timelines.\
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide progress updates.\\

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Java, Springboot, RESTful APIs, Microservice design.\
  • Experience in database skills (SQL, MySQL, ORACLE).\
  • Understanding of cloud services (AWS preferred) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).\
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field of study.\\
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.\
