Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the entire IT project lifecycle.
  • Analyze project costs, identify opportunities to improve margins, and drive initiatives that positively impact gross margin without compromising quality or client satisfaction.
  • Ensure successful delivery of IT projects on time, within scope, and according to agreed specifications.
  • Monitor and manage project performance, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet both client and organizational standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT project managers.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project delivery, cost, or client satisfaction. Develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize risks and ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in IT project/program management with a strong focus on client-facing roles and project delivery.
  • Expertise in project cost management, budget oversight, and cost optimization strategies for IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of gross margin analysis and experience in implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale IT projects from inception to completion while meeting client requirements and timelines.
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing project teams, with a focus on performance and professional growth.
