Business Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our recruitment and staffing operations forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including permanent, contract, and C2H staffing models.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to generate new business and manage accounts independently. They will also be target-driven and self-motivated, thriving in a fast-paced environment with strong networking skills and existing corporate connections.

To excel in this role, the Business Development Manager must have a solid foundation in business administration, HR, or marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, staffing, and talent solutions. A Bachelor's degree is required, and they should be able to articulate their vision for growth and success.

Beyond technical expertise, we seek someone who can effectively communicate complex ideas, negotiate with confidence, and present compelling pitches to secure new business opportunities. The ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain accurate records will also be essential.
