Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist OpportunityWe are seeking a Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist to join our Australian team. As a key member of our high-performance team, you will be responsible for delivering dashboard reporting and providing a holistic view of marketing performance for our clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dashboard reporting to provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance.
  • Work with our Australian team to ensure successful delivery of client projects.
  • Utilize the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform to manage data streams and build marketing and advertising dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience using Marketing Cloud Intelligence, including managing data streams.
  • A solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated experience building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Experience in Data Mapping and Normalisation, as well as working with related data streams.
  • Knowledge of pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations.
  • Experience with SQL is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
