Key Responsibilities
  • Model Development: Build, validate and deploy predictive models using statistical analysis and programming languages to inform business decisions.
  • Commercial Analytics: Analyze customer behavior, sales performance and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales and product teams to align analytics with business objectives and operational workflows.
  • Cloud Integration: Optimize model deployment on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Insight Communication: Translate technical outcomes into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years in data science, with a focus on commercial/customer analytics.
Technical Skills
  • SQL: Proficiency in querying and optimization techniques.
  • Python: Expertise in Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-learn libraries.
  • Cloud Services: Experience with cloud-based tools such as S3, Lambda and EC2.
