  • Improve and implement SAP HCM workflows, enhancements, and configurations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Apply ABAP Object-Oriented Programming principles to deliver efficient solutions that drive business results.
  • Integrate SAP HR data using IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Configure and manage SAP HR module functionalities to optimize system performance.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HR business processes, including employee data management, payroll processing, time management, and recruitment.
  • A bonus point if you have experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration for cloud HR solutions.
