Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Business Development Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and enhancing our market presence.

  • This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain accurate records, manage CRM hygiene, and work closely with the operations team to resolve client issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase revenue and expand our market presence.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to ensure we remain competitive.
  4. Maintain accurate records and manage CRM hygiene to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with clients.
  5. Work closely with the operations team to resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, real estate, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in corporate sales, preferably in a hospitality background.
  • Customer account management experience, with thorough knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Preferred experience in the commercial Real Estate Industry.
