Job Description

The Infrastructure & Cloud Services Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and monitoring the company's on-premises and cloud infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft Technologies.

  • Design, deploy, and maintain medium to large-scale enterprise network topologies using Microsoft virtualization technologies.
  • Maintain and deploy wireless networks for remote buildings and corporate offices.
  • Manage and deploy cloud infrastructure to support cloud migration and delivery of various technology solutions using Azure resources.
  • Support, deploy, and manage O365 Messaging and associated technologies.
  • Support and manage Office 365 users and Hybrid Exchange Server Configuration.
  • Support, deploy, and manage OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Environments.
  • Support and manage Active Directory 2019 and newer.
  • Support and manage key services including but not limited to DNS, DHCP, File Services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar.
  • Proficiency in operating systems Windows Server and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and IT best practices.
  • Strong hands-on experience on O365 Administration & Backup Configurations & VM.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like Azure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are desirable.
