We are seeking a talented and driven individual to fill the role of HR & Admin Intern.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to transition into a new field. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong passion for learning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in end-to-end recruitment, maintaining candidate databases, drafting and posting job descriptions, and providing administrative support as required.

  • Assist in all stages of recruitment from sourcing to coordinating interviews.

  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Provide executive assistant support including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Manage email correspondence and prepare reports as needed.
  • Update and maintain social media handles.

  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with job portals (training provided).
