We seek a highly skilled and professional Hair Restoration Specialist to deliver exceptional hair solutions, utilizing non-surgical methods including hair toppers, wigs, and patches for men and women.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in hair integration systems, excel at delivering a premium client experience, and maintain impeccable grooming and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to assess hair loss needs and recommend suitable hair restoration solutions
  • Expertly fix, adjust, trim, and style hair systems for a natural, comfortable look
  • Conduct regular maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of hair systems
  • Educate clients on product care, styling techniques, and aftercare routines for optimal results
  • Ensure the highest standards of salon hygiene, personal appearance, and tool sanitization are maintained at all times
  • Support inventory management, client records, and appointment scheduling
  • Represent the brand with confidence, empathy, and professionalism, providing exceptional customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in hair restoration, hair replacement, or related salon roles is essential
  • Strong technical skills with hair topper, wig, and patch application/customization are necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with being well-groomed, tidy, and presentable at all times
  • Ability to empathize and consult sensitively with clients dealing with hair loss, ensuring a positive and reassuring environment
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism, discretion, and client confidentiality
