Job Title: Hardware Engineering Team Lead

Are you a seasoned hardware engineering professional looking to take on a leadership role? Do you have experience in developing verification environments using System Verilog and working knowledge of the UVM methodology?

Job Description:
  • This role involves leading projects with high resource, risk, and complexity, and driving the development of products and technologies.
  • You will be responsible for managing issue resolution with vendors on tech/product quality and functionality, and influencing vendor roadmap and direction of products.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead large and multiple cross-functional and cross-organizational programs, initiatives, and activities with high resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
  2. Evaluate technology effectiveness/data interoperability of complex systems, and communicate highly complex ideas to others.
  3. Manage issue resolution with vendors, and influence vendor roadmap and direction of products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 4-8 years of experience in design and verification, with a strong understanding of System Verilog and UVM.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.
  • Good experience in solving complex problems, and familiarity with memory protocols is a must.
