The interior project manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior projects from planning to handover. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations
  • Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Review design drawings and provide technical input and quality checks
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise
  • Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management
  • Provide proactive solutions to overcome project execution hurdles
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills
