Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Overview

Our organization seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with expertise in automated testing and software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute automated tests to ensure the quality of software products, collaborating closely with development teams to maintain alignment and continuity.
  • Implement comprehensive test automation strategies to cover various scenarios and country instances, driving early bug detection and risk mitigation.
  • Continuously enhance test coverage to support efficient identification of issues and risks, working closely with country distribution and core domain squads to achieve software quality objectives.
  • Promote process improvements within our continuous improvement strategy, driving implementation and adoption across the organization.
  • Master relevant tools and components to perform assigned tasks effectively.
  • Adhere to software development best practices and methodologies adopted by the company.
  • Produce high-quality documentation and guidelines to support our quality as everyone's responsibility strategy.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of solid experience in automated testing.
  • Knowledge of at least one software development language.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to build automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.

  • Experience building Load/Stress Tests using tools like JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark, or similar.
  • Experience in continuous integration/deployment environments.
  • Experience building tests in microservice/SOA architectures.
  • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.
