Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Freelance UX Researcher to join our team. As a Freelance UX Researcher, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and inspiring collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define research goals by partnering with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics.
  • Investigate user behaviors through contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
  • Develop research plans using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques like conjoint and segmentation.
  • Evaluate and analyze usability, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Synthesize and share insights by translating complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions.
  • Drive research innovation by contributing to frameworks and methodologies that expand organizational research capabilities.
  • Measure research impact by assessing design effectiveness post-implementation, tracking impact on user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating UCD expertise and measurable business impact, along with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills. Strong presentation skills, including proficiency in creating impactful presentations, are also necessary.
