English Communication Trainer

We are seeking an exceptional English communication trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs for students aged 12-18, with a focus on improving spoken confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons on spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar.
  • Run focused workshops on presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps.
  • Design formative and summative assessments to track measurable progress and produce concise progress reports for parents.
  • Mentor students individually where needed, helping shy or anxious learners build confidence.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to integrate communication goals across the curriculum and camps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional spoken and written English skills, with the ability to model clarity, tone, and professional communication.
  • Strong soft-skills coaching ability and proven experience working with teenagers.
  • Deep understanding of adolescent psychology and child-sensitive teaching approaches.
  • Minimum 1 year of classroom/training experience (school, coaching, corporate training preferred).
  • Energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused.
  • Comfortable with technology, including Google Classroom, Zoom, and presentation tools.
  • Hindi-English bilingualism preferred to support transitional learning.
  • Extra credit: TESOL/TEFL/ELT or certifications in adolescent counselling/child psychology.
