About the Role

We are looking for a visionary leader who can deliver financial returns on investment by optimizing IT costs, streamlining processes, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies. As a key member of our IT team, you will work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities for IT-led transformation, integrating business needs with technology to drive growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Financial IT Project ROI and Business Case Development: Analyze and develop compelling business cases for IT projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives.
  • Total Cost to Sell Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving measures across all business lines, ensuring maximum ROI from IT investments.
  • IT-Led Business Transformation: Lead the implementation of lean and agile models, driving cultural change and process improvements throughout the organization.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • On-time and Error-Free Project Delivery: Ensure seamless project execution, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Business Engagement and Trade Partner Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders and trade partners, driving collaborative efforts to achieve shared goals.
  • Customer Co-ownership and Digital Transformation: Work closely with customers to understand their needs, developing tailored solutions that drive business value and customer satisfaction.

  • Proven Track Record in IT Transformation: Demonstrated experience in leading successful IT transformation initiatives, delivering significant business value and ROI.
