MDM Data Governance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled MDM specialist with experience in working with Stibo STEP to build and manage systems that organize business data. This role requires someone who understands both technical setup and collaboration to deliver reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management Solutions: Work with Stibo STEP platform to set up and customize data management solutions.
  • Data Models: Create and manage data models (structures that define how information is stored and linked).
  • System Integration: Design and build ways to connect Stibo with other systems (using APIs, ETL tools, or web services).
  • Technical Guidance: Collaborate with teams to find best technical options and provide guidance during development.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Platform Support: Assist teams in setting up and configuring the Stibo STEP platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience working with Stibo STEP MDM.
  • Proficiency in Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and system storage structures.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools (like an IDE).
  • Bonus: Stibo STEP Certification or Informatica PIM knowledge.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers OR MCA/M.Tech.
