Dynamic Motion Graphics Specialist

Our organization is seeking a talented and skilled Dynamic Motion Graphics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and captivating visual experiences through motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling motion graphics concepts that effectively communicate brand messaging and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, marketing, and art direction, to ensure alignment on visual tone and brand consistency.
  • Conceptualize and execute animations using industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, and Rive.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion design to continuously enhance visual craftsmanship.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in animation, motion graphics, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in motion graphics or a related role, preferably in technology, product, or agency environments.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in storytelling through UI, campaign, product, or explainer animations.

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Design Foundations: Understanding of animation principles, typography, color, layout, and motion design best practices.
