Job Title: Corporate Trainer

At Priority Technology Holdings, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our training initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that empower our team members to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and conduct comprehensive needs assessments to determine training requirements and ensure that training programs address actual needs that are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather the necessary knowledge for developing training programs and work closely with stakeholders before and after training to schedule sessions, ensure learner participation, and obtain post-training reports and feedback.
  • Design and create engaging training presentation decks, e-learning modules, job aids, and interactive activities that align with learning objectives and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs and provide detailed reports and actionable insights to inform continuous improvement processes.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in corporate training/adult learning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva, as well as familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of training materials and assessments.
  • A flexible and adaptive mindset, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and new information.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Additional technology skills, including proficiency with eLearning platforms, LMS, and virtual training tools.
