**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Trainer to join our team. The IT Trainer will be responsible for educating college students in Punjab about emerging technologies such as AI intelligence, data analysis, cloud computing, chatbots, and more. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, as well as a willingness to travel within Punjab, are essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Technology Training:

- **
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials and modules.

**2. Student Engagement: -**
- Provide guidance and support to students as they work on hands-on projects.

**3. Assessment and Evaluation:

- **
- Assess students' progress and performance through regular evaluations and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

**4. Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to update and enhance training materials.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT.

**5. Language Skills**:

- Conduct training sessions in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, ensuring effective communication with students.

**6. Travel**:

- Be open to traveling within Punjab to conduct training sessions at different college campuses.

**7. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with college faculty, administrators, and students.
- Collaborate with colleges to ensure seamless program delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in IT, including AI, data analysis, cloud computing, chatbots, etc.
- Proven experience in delivering effective training and education programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and empowering students with IT skills.
- Willingness to travel within Punjab as needed.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- IT/CS: 1 year (preferred)
- AI: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
