As we transition from a startup to a scale-up, we're seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Consultant to capitalize on the huge demand for our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in purchasing life insurance products tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain high responsiveness with prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles in partnership with leading insurers to deliver best-in-class experiences for customers.
  • Liaise with partner insurers to develop and enhance product offerings, manage daily operations related to policy booking, placement, and post-sales services.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-growing BFSI/B2C Sales environment.
  • The ability to execute credible and articulate face-to-face, phone, and email conversations.
  • The capacity to pitch complex ideas and products in an elegant and compelling manner.
  • The ability to work under tight targets and timelines.
  • A strong eagerness to learn and adapt, with a challenger mindset to collaborate at multiple levels with different partners.
  • Previous experience working with insur-tech, insurers, or broker agencies is highly desirable.
  • Experience in financial services, personal finance, or wealth management is a significant advantage.
